Started to install the 3mm galvanized cables from the cockpit through the main spar,gear spar and trailing spar over the pulley to the cross-side rudder. The pulley needs to be perfectly aligned to manage the crossover turn. Used duglasia wooden pieces to shape a wedge with 2 angles. I needed 2 pieces for the left and right pulley. After shaping I bonded them in place. To find the right angles for the cable alignment, I used a simple laser. This way I thought it should be fairly simple to locate the place for the hole where the cable leaves the rear fuselage side. After drilling the holes I still had to make some minor adjustments, even though I was sure it would be ok!!
Later I will install a tube as a Guard through the Holes
